Want to know “whoooo” makes those bumps in the night?
Join MCCB Naturalist Chelsea at Pioneer Park for a fun night exploring life as a nocturnal creature!
On this non-scary hike, we will learn about nocturnal animals and their unique adaptations to life at night. We’ll also chat about the night sky and do some fun night-time experiments along the way. This is a FREE program and will have something for all ages! Chelsea will provide all materials and flashlights. There will be hot cocoa, apple cider, and a campfire to warm up before and after the hike. Please wear weather-appropriate clothing and shoes for this hike. Costumes are ok, as long as they are weather-appropriate.
