Explore the Water

Explore the scenic Cedar River with our free guided kayak floats! This program is designed to offer a memorable experience on the water, where you can glide along the river and enjoy its natural beauty. With a fleet of 8 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, and 1 double kayak, we welcome participants of all ages and skill levels, though children must be able to control their own kayak or be accompanied by an adult on the double kayak. Life jackets are provided for your safety. Floats typically last less than 2 hours and generally start around 6 PM from various locations along the river. Sign up to secure your spot, and we’ll notify you of the precise start location and other important details. Join us for a peaceful evening on the water – drug and alcohol-free, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
